Referral Information

To prevent duplication of services, we work in partnership with the Family Connection Centre (FCC) as well as Interior Health's Speech and Language Department for speech referrals. We review all new referrals on a regular basis and divide them among the three agencies so that your child receives the best service available.

The Infant Development Program (IDP) is a home-based service for infants, birth – 3 years old, with a developmental delay, a diagnosed disability or who are at risk for developmental delay. A family-centered service is used to encourage positive parent child interactions and to facilitate the child’s progress.

The Inclusive Childcare Program (ICP) department provides consultation services and potentially extra staffing assistance to ensure inclusive practices for children who need extra support to be successful in daycares and preschools.
